Revell USA 1/48 A-7A Corsair II
Corsair II aircraft were developed during the bloodiest days of the Vietnam War. Once deployed, they served as close air support aircraft. Sophisticated electronics, including the first ever Heads-Up-Display, allowed the Corsair II to land hits with more precision than had ever before been possible. Coupled with the Corsair's massive 15,000 lb ordnance capacity, this precision meant that Corsairs became planner's strike craft of choice. Kit features an optional open or closed canopy, wing-mounted weaponry, and detailed cockpit and landing gear.
