Trumpeter 1/48 British Supermarine Attacker G1 Fighter (New Variant w/New Tool)
The Supermarine Attacker was a British single-seat naval jet fighter built using the laminar flow straight-wings of the piston-engine fighter Supermarine Spiteful. It was intended to replace the Supermarine Spitfire, with the project intended to provide an interim fighter for the RAF while the Gloster E.1/44 was being developed. It had some significant design flaws making it unable to be operated from carriers, and was soon replaced by the Sea Hawk and Sea Venom. Kit consists of over 90 parts plus photo-etched details.
