Trumpeter 1/700 USS Maryland BB46 Battleship 1941 (New Tool)

Old Mary was a Colorado Class battleship during WWII. She is most notable for her service in WWII, and was present on Battleship Row during the Attack on Pearl Harbor, and was damaged lightly by Japanese torpedoes. Returning to duty in 1942, she saw service in the Pacific War, first supporting the rest of the fleet at the Battle of Midway, and then patrolling the Fiji Islands to guard against Japanese incursion. She also served at Arawa, Kwajalein, Saipan and Leyte Gulf. After torpedo damage in Okinawa, she was in for repairs when the war ended, and was scrapped in 1947. Kit consists of over 450 parts on 16 sprues plus hull and waterline plate. Additional features include photo-etched parts and two OS2U Kingfisher planes. Display stand included.
