Trumpeter 1/700 USS Yorktown CV5 Aircraft Carrier (New Variant)
The USS Yorktown CV-5 was an aircraft carrier that the US Navy commissioned just before WWII. The lead ship of the Yorktown class, the ship was designed with influence from the Lexington class and the USS Ranger. She was sunk in 1942 in the Battle of Midway. Kit consists of over 400 parts, including detailed hull & flight deck, photo-etch, and four 1/700 scale aircraft (TBD-1, SBD-3, F4F-4, B-25).
